RETURN POLICY

This return policy shall be applicable to the products of MYDIYSHOE LIMITED,you purchased on the online platform.Please read and understand this Return and Refund Policy before purchase the products and when you make any return and refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors of our product will result in a free replacement .

1.ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR RETURN

The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All related accessories, including any package insert, the bags and package box etc., must be included with your return.

No used items can be returned.

Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will be returned to the you at your cost.

We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

2.RETURNS

We strive to provide you with the best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed, the print quality is poor, the product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. 
When a customer has purchased the wrong item, the item is not suitable, or the customer no longer wants the item.

Please email us at support@mydiyshoe.com with details, We will process as soon as possible with your inquiry, requirement, or complaints.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

We will send you a return label by email, after you download and fill it, sent with the returned item. Arrange your return package with your local post office. Customers are responsible for return fees.

When our warehouse receives your product and confirms it is eligible for a refund, we will process your refunds/exchange.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will refund the actual payment within 4 business days after your approval.

IMPORTANT: Email your full name, tracking number, order number (very important) to our email address. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

3.REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will refund the actual payment within 4 business days after your approval.

4.SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

5.RETURN TIME

Customer must return the item within 7 days of receipt.
